DEFAULT_CARD_SLUG

Type: string (static setting in settings.py) Default: "other" Description: Slug used to identify the fallback card configuration when no BIN number match is found.

• When a card BIN number is submitted but no matching BinNumber record exists in the database, the system falls back to the Card, Bank, and CardType records all identified by this slug

• The slug must match active Card, Bank, and CardType records in the database

Used in: BinNumberInputSerializer (and BexBinNumberInputSerializer) as fallback card when BIN lookup fails
