Installments are derived from the card identified in the previous step (`MasterpassRestBinNumberPage`) and filtered by the `INSTALLMENT_FILTERS` rules through `InstallmentService`. **Preconditions**: * Basket must not be empty * Card information must have been entered (`pre_order.card_info` must be set, i.e., `MasterpassRestBinNumberPage` must have been completed) **Page Context**: * `installments`: List of available installment options for the resolved card.
