# AUTOSELECT\_SHIPPING

**Type**: `boolean` (static setting in `settings.py`)\
**Default**: `false`\
**Description**: Controls automatic shipping option selection when only one option is available.

* When `true`: If only one shipping option is available after rule filtering, it is automatically selected and the shipping selection page is skipped
* When `false`: User must explicitly select a shipping option even if only one is available
* Note: This is a static Django setting, not a dynamic setting

**Used in**: `ShippingOptionSelectionPage` to determine if auto-selection should occur
