Seller Center
Seller Center is Akinon’s dedicated interface designed to empower marketplace owners (MPOs) and third-party vendors (marketplace sellers) by enabling seamless integration and management of their operations within the Akinon ecosystem. While Omnitron serves as the operational hub for brands and retailers, Seller Center provides MPOs with a streamlined portal to manage their products, orders, and campaigns for the marketplace.
By offering a modular and intuitive platform, Seller Center enables Sellers to onboard easily, update their product catalogs, track inventory, monitor order status — all within a secure, role-based access environment.
With its native integration to Omnitron and Akinon Commerce Cloud, Seller Center ensures real-time synchronization of key business data, enhancing operational efficiency for marketplaces and contributing to a unified omnichannel experience for end customers.
Seller Center Capabilities
Product Onboarding & Management
Sellers can effortlessly add and manage product information, including titles, descriptions, images, stock levels, and pricing. Bulk uploads and dynamic editing options enable seamless catalog updates. These actions constitute as “offers” and are subject to approval by MPOs. MPOs’s role enables them to either approve or reject such changes or additions before publishing them through the marketplace.
Order Tracking & Fulfillment
Seller Center offers full visibility into order lifecycle from placement to shipment. Sellers and MPO’s based on their authorization can manage cancellations, shipment details, shipment vendors and returns directly through the interface.
Campaign Participation & Reconciliations
Sellers can join platform-wide marketing campaigns, apply discount rules, and create personalized offers with predefined approval flows. Such campaigns are created by MPOs with the help of Omnitron and visible in Seller Center for further participation and control.Also Reconciliations tab allows MPOs to adjust payable amounts to the sellers based on the agreements made through the system between MPOs and Sellers.
Inventory & Pricing Sync
Sellers can define their own inventory and pricing as they are the ones who are selling their products in the marketplace. Automatic synchronization with Omnitron ensures accurate stock and price data, minimizing overselling or inconsistencies.
Role-Based Access
Different capabilities and authorizations are given to the role of MPOs and Sellers to ensure operational clarity and efficiency. As the overall control of the platform is given to the MPOs, they are responsible for approving or rejecting any changes or additions made in the system.
Reporting & Analytics
Seller Center provides sellers and MPOs with insights into product performance, order trends, and campaign effectiveness through dashboards and downloadable reports.
